"Well balanced. One of the best meals up to dessert then lost its way. Fun though and the bites, the bread course and the yuca gnocchi all standouts. Location also incredible."

"1 Michelin star 2025 Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos Colombian-born Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos' culinary artistry has garnered international fame, with a location in Bogota, as well as here in Miami since 2015. An open kitchen and backlit bar welcome patrons to the space, outfitted with stone floors and well-sized wood tables. Warm lighting and greenery complement the sleek appeal. The menu offers diners a taste of traditional Colombian cuisine with a modern take. Presentations are dramatic, from the tableside "chocotherapy" to the "Tree of Life" bread service. Tasting menu favorites have included a silken corn purée poured over garam masala-sprinkled popcorn and curds of queso fresco; as well as local, seared-to-a-crisp grouper plated with a salsa criolla-dressed tamal."
