"In a nutshell: Oysters and more from Tom Brown This is the new restaurant from the chef behind Michelin-starred restaurant Cornerstone, Tom Brown. Like that place, the menu here is decidedly seafood, with a strong focus on oysters and shellfish (given its East End location). It's a more casual affair than the original restaurant but there's a huge amount of talent in the kitchen with some excellent dishes being served, not least of them the amazing fired crispy buffalo oyster, which Giles Coren called "Canapé of the year, no question". "
