"Sprawling steakhouse offering classic fare in a luxe setting with marble bars & a patio for cigars. My favorite place in the city to smoke a cigar is the patio at Prime and Provision, they have a solid selection there you can buy and a really good cutter. I don't think you can eat out there, but you can have drinks at the bar and walk out with them, if you're a good talker (and tipper) after your first or second round you can usually find someone willing to serve you informally"
