"Forestis (1) Come una creatura magica che emerge direttamente dal bosco, sospeso a 1 800 m sul gruppo montuoso della Plose, Forestis è anticonvenzionale già dalla sua posizione. L'architettura, essenziale e silenziosa, lascia che siano le montagne a parlare: grandi vetrate, linee pulite, un senso di calma che si espande come un respiro profondo. Eppure la storia di questo luogo, nei pressi di Bressanone (Bz), comincia molto prima del design contemporaneo: nel 1912 la monarchia austriaca costrui qui un sanatorio progettato da Otto Wagner, immaginando un rifugio terapeutico immerso nel bosco. Oggi Stefan e Teresa Hinteregger ne hanno fatto un santuario moderno, che include anche una villa privata di 1 200 mq, con una spa tutta sua, che è vietata ai minori di 14 anni. Ancora più peculiare è il ristorante Yera: nascosto dentro una grotta invisibile a chi passa, impone ai soli 18 clienti di consegnare il cellulare all'ingresso, mentre un drink analcolico li prepara alle meraviglie della cena."
