The innovative cocktail menu is a highlight, with each drink represented by a series of symbols representing flavours and the elements, and each accompanied by an abstract image too. These cocktails are then elegantly presented, without elaborate garnishes, and are simply named as they look. Take the Apple | Woodruff, for example, with tequila, Pink Lady apple, whey and woodruff – a clear drink served in a tall highball glass and simply garnished. A stylish spot for a late-night cocktail."

"4.5/5: pineapple miso, apple woodruff, pear anise, verbena olive oil. The drinks looked sort of the same (all exquisitely done, to be fair)—but I think that’s what makes this place really stellar because all their drinks are totally transparent—so presume they must be infusing and adding flavours extracted somehow behind the scenes."
