"NYT: Go for afternoon tea at No. 15 by GuestHouse, a hotel in Bathwick (the area across the River Avon from the city’s historic center) that occupies three adjoining Georgian townhouses. In the bar, where afternoon tea is served, glass-topped tables reveal colorful jewels displayed under their surfaces, and locally commissioned art hangs on the walls alongside theater programs from the 1800s. Afternoon tea (£35 per person) may include sandwiches with cave-aged cheddar, a refreshing jelly made with Aperol and clementines, and lemon macarons, along with seven other dishes. Arrive hungry."

"Definitely NOT room 30… need a room facing the front or at least on upper floor otherwise a lovely hotel in a great spot. Stayed in a lovely room with hand painted walls the first time, then with Will & Clare a 2nd time in room 30."

"Awesome in @no15gp 😍 Waiters were lovely and really thoughtful, giving me advices on which to choose 🍵 and even making me smell the leaves! The waiter offered me to try the lemongrass and ginger one which i chose and it was awesome! The food was absolutely great although of the sweet side for our French tastebuds. I loved the cream and the scones themselves. Crispy and rich. Obviously we weren't able to finish it all. They kindly offered us boxes to bring back what remained of the meal. And we're about to make it justice now! 🍴"
