"Amazing! One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Started with the Cast Iron Bourguignon Pie as an appetizer. I also got a lobster bisque and IT WAS THE BEST LOBSTER BISQUE I’VE EVER HAD! It came with a crostini with caviar and crème friache on it which was good. After that we had an amuse-bouche that was a butter poached shrimp with shaved fennel, a thin slice or radish and a tomato aioli. It was very good! Ash even ate it. For our entrees, Ash got the Pouler Farci à la Ratatouille which was a stuffed chicken dish and I got the filet mignon which had a foyot sauce on it which were both really good. The potato puree that came with mine was really good and I even liked the mushrooms it came with. For dessert we had a mascarpone brulee cheesecake and I had the chocolate pots de crème. The cheesecake was REALLY good. The pots de crème was also very good. It had gold on it, which was cool."
