"Selon le Lonely Planet: Chester's Tudor-and-Victorian heart is jus tifiably famous as one of Britain's prettiest town centres. This collection of black-and white timber-framed beauties and red-sand stone buildings surrounded by an original set of Roman-era walls is one of the north west's biggest tourist attractions. Beyond the cruciform-shaped historic centre, Chester is an ordinary, residential town; it's hard to believe today, but through out the Middle Ages Chester made its money as the most important port in the north west. However, the River Dee silted up over time and Chester fell behind Liverpool in importance."

"À 25min en train de Wrexham. Petite ville sympa à visiter ! N'hésitez pas à aller voir la cathédrale, l'horloge de la ville, ou encore River Dee ! Il y a également de très bonnes boîtes de nuit !"
