"Eriro Ai piedi della catena dello Zugspitze, a 1 550 m d'altitudine, nei pressi della cittadina di Ehrwald, lato austriaco del Tirolo, dallo scorso agosto sorge il più esclusivo, raccolto e remoto rifugio alpino. Si chiama eriro, proprio con la "e" minuscola, perché la sua filosofia è il minimalismo estremo, in un radicale taglio delle convenzioni per un ritorno all'essenziale. In pratica, nove suite, più ristorante e spa, accessibili solo in funivia. 11 90% dell'edificio è in legno, il 95% del quale proviene dalla foresta circostante. Il nome eriro, in alto-tedesco antico significa "ingresso alla foresta" '. Che entra anche nei piatti serviti al ristorante: parte delle materie, i cuochi se le procurano facendo foraging (ovvero, raccogliendo erbe e bacche nei boschi). eriro.at"
