"Hôtel taillé dans la roche. Et non pas au dessus. Découvert par hasard dans des stories Insta de ZK. Photographier de jour comme de nuit (au lever ou coucher du soleil). Les paysages de jour. Le pont est sympa de nuit ou proche de la nuit pour s'apercevoir des lumières tout le long du pont. Regarder des photos sur Maps ou Insta pour se rendre compte. J'ai vu des paysages dégagés qui m'ont fait penser à Météores en Grèce bien que ce soit désertique ici en Arabie Saoudite."

"SAUDI ARABIA Saudi's Red Sea region is fast carving out a reputation for glossy overwater resorts, but its newest addition - the third from Red Sea Global - is the understated counterpoint. Just a 30-minute drive inland from the airport, it hunkers down in an arid 323,000-square-foot wadi near the Bedouin village of Durfe. The architecture flows with the land, creating a striking sense of height and space. Fifty-four Nabatean-styled villas and 10 suites with temperature-controlled private pools are wedged into the massif's crevices, carved into ancient caves and teetering on cliffs. The interiors are sleek and minimalist, with concrete floors, rough-hewn walls and plush natural fabrics. Boulders spill into the living spaces of some villas, and in the show-stopper Cave Suites the curtains glide back to reveal cinematic vistas of the immense landscape. Mornings are spent ziplining, abseiling and trekking through volcanic valleys; afternoons are for unwinding by the pool. The resort is full of surprises: there are hands-on craft workshops led by local Bedouin artists and a Bang & Olufsen listening room with an eclectic 400-strong vinyl collection. At Nya restaurant, Michelin-starred Turkish chef Osman Sezener serves up fresh, contemporary plates: chickpeas and mushrooms sautéed with thyme, pumpkin-packed ravioli and sun-ripened tomatoes with muhammara. Hiking to the observatory perched high on the mountain is rewarded with uninterrupted views of the horizon at sunset, followed by a rooftop astronomy session gazing up at nightfall's spectacular show of stars.
