"Für Pizzaiolo Alessandro Leonardi sind die Traditionen seines Handwerks gleichsam Haltung und Lebensgefühl. Dabei hatte er in Neapel eigentlich mit Vintage-Möbeln gehandelt, ehe er unbedingt Pizzabäcker werden musste. Das Mehl und alle übrigen Zutaten kommen allesamt von kleinen Betrieben aus Sizilien, Apulien, von der Amalfiküste. Darunter die beste Burrata diesseits der Alpen. Man sollte zunächst eine Margherita bestellen. Sauerteig, Fior di Latte, San Marzano Tomaten, mehr braucht es nicht für die beste Pizza der Stadt. Und, ja, dieses auch atmosphärisch überzeugende Ecklokal zählt definitiv zu unseren Favoriten unter den Restaurants in Friedrichshain. (Tip Berlin)"
