Today it’s home to the elegant, character-filled NOT Hotel. The name is an acronym — NOT stands for No Ordinary Things — an apt description of the eclectic project, its carefully restored interiors enlivened by glamorous 1920s-inspired details. Set around a picturesque central courtyard planted with olive trees, flowers, and herbs are rooms and suites with exposed brick or stone walls, antique writing desks, patterned throw rugs, and marble bathrooms with walk-in showers.
