"We went today at Rose Noddles at the right time just before it started heavily snowing. This was our first time at this restaurant. We will be back? Yes, for sure! I've seen this place many times but I didn't really know much except that the noodles were pretty and that was the case but also, there's a large pastry case inside with a good selection of cakes and delicious sweets. Good to know... Because of the wintry weather they created a special SnowMan menu which was really original by my opinion. It's tight inside. The tables are really close together, which is a good thing because as a Foodie I love to see what the others choose and chat with them. So that's what we did- the table next to us told us they recommended the Rice Porridge Bowl and the Belt Noodles. We can definitely call this kind of cuisine comfort food, especially during this chilly weather. Fun fact, my spouse took a little bit of my rice porridge to mix with the rest of her bowl to counter the spicy broth and the flavors were matchee so well. I did the same, taking broth from her noodle bowl to add to my porridge and it was so good. If you come if for the first try doing the same and tell us what you think. We immensely enjoyer the flavors, especially the fresh touch of the cilantro on top of the savory mushrooms. I would like to know more about the origin of this business because I think it's really original. After lunch, we were too tempted by the pastries and we left with a chocolate galette, a slice of peanut butter caramel chocolate cake, and an apple cidern mochi cake. Currently, it's 10PM and there's 1 left cake for tomorrow...only the apple cider mochi cake is left to try...we will see if it survives the night lol They make their own chili oil in house. 5 stars for sure !!! Thanks for the wonderful lunch. We will be back!"
