"$$$$ 04/10/2023 - How to get a reservation: Reservation opens a month in advance. A month prior to our reservation date, we started calling at midnight (ADVICE - Don't stop calling until you reach Wakuriya's voicemail). We were able to leave a message after calling 10-15 min nonstop. We received a call back the next day. Definitely felt accomplished for getting a reservation at Wakuriya. If you have any special request, like birthday celebration, you can always leave a voicemail and Wakuriya will call back to confirm. Once seated, the server welcomed us with a complimentary off-menu strawberry rice wine. Wow, the drink was delicious. Sadly, they don't sell it :( Instead, we ordered a fruit flight and it did not disappoint. Yuzu was our favorite! $158 tasting menu per person - menu changes on a monthly basis. Our tasting menu was outstanding. Every dish was prepared and cooked with high quality ingredients and well crafted together. Flavor was delightful and perfectly balanced. Presentation was beautifully plated. Please be patience with them as Wakuriya has two workers only, chef and server. Although there was only one server, service was exceptional. She was very friendly and took her time to explain each dish. Our dining experience lasted around 2.5 hours."
