"Excellents cocktails réalisés avec des ingrédients et des spiritueux coréens. Pensez à réserver, ou si ce n’est pas possible, arrivez dès l’ouverture à 18h. Dans tous les cas, demandez une place au long bar pour observer la préparation des cocktails – c’est un véritable art. Nous avons adoré demander un petit échantillon du spiritueux principal utilisé dans chaque cocktail pour mieux en comprendre les saveurs. Si le Cheongnyang Refresh (Sonbi gin/fino sherry/tonic aux épices coréennes/feuilles de figuier) est à la carte, commandez-le absolument. Il y a aussi d’incroyables options sans alcool et des snacks."
