"“Shaped like an Easter egg, the Enchanted Rock is the second-largest granite dome in the United States. It rises more than 400 feet up from the surrounding basin and covers 640 acres…”"
@jsantelices
"The closest thing that central Texas has to a mountain, the large granite hill poking out of the Hill Country was used as hideouts for roving bands of outlaws as well as shelter for local Indians. Be on the lookout for the strange black squirrel creatures that are everywhere, as well as white tale deer which are numerous. And be careful at the top. It’s a long way down."
