"8/10 Vegetarian cafe in Brickworks that specialises in gorgeous presentation of dishes (think mermaid tails in smoothies and rose shaped fruit). Visited 17th August 2020 with Jilsy, Ashraf, Ashraf, and Pat after Monday clinical skills. Shared Gourmet Toastie and Pumpkin Pie Pancakes (sampled Laksa/Avo Benny). Special mention also to Pat’s Apple Pie Latte and Ashraf’s Gingerbread hot chocolate for having cool latte art and being very creative. Meals Gourmet Toastie: did not expect it to be so good - the veges were soft and deliciously marinated and it must have been the cashew cheese that gave a beautiful unique flavour Pumpkin Pie Pancakes: beautifully presented and really nice icecream but the pancakes were a little dense Samples Laksa: less red than I expect a laksa to be, but rich and thick and very delicious Avo Benny: nothing spectacular but the hollandaise and facon were very good"
