"We went to Apollo Bagels during out trip to New York. We stopped in the one in East Village, there was line but it moved quickly (luckily for our stomachs and mouths). I ordered a regular salmon bagel with capers, onions, cream cheese and dill- for sure it was spectacular. The handmade bread bagel was such a delight, crispy and warm on the outside with the sesame all over it; inside the bread was chewy and airy. My wife prefered the everything bagel with cream cheese because she's a cream cheese lover for life! She wasn't disappointed. It was so perfect, we ate in the train to New Haven, CT and all we can say is Mmmm."
