"Bosch Brewery is the last complete city brewery in Maastricht. As an industrial monument, the brewery is unique to the Netherlands. It is completely intact, with malting house, brewery and brewer's house! Beer was brewed here since 1758. In 1827 the brewery came into the hands of Nicolaas Bosch. He and his descendants turned the brewery into one of the largest breweries in Maastricht. In 1970, brewing beer came to an end. From that moment on time has stopped here! The brewery has three important parts: the 5-storey malting house from 1885; the brewery with a complete brewing installation; and the brewer's house with its stately style rooms and the impressive spiral staircase. The last owner, Paul Bosch, died in 2008. He had stated in his will that the former brewery should be preserved and bequeathed it to the Stichting Stoombierbrouwerij de Keyzer N.A. Bosch. In 2015, the brewery was restored and converted into a museum Brewery Bosch. From 2002 to 2016, a double saison was released under the name Bierbrouwerij De Keyzer, among other things."

"Maak een rondleiding door de historische Brouwerij Bosch, opgericht in 1758 en gesloten in 1970. Bezoek dit statige industriële rijksmonument onder leiding van een gids met aansluitend een proeverij in de gelagkamer (groepen op afspraak). Elke zaterdag om 14.00 uur ( en elke vrijdag om 15.00 uur ) kunnen geïnteresseerden het grote brouwerijcomplex bezoeken. Het vertrek naar de brouwerij is vanaf het VVV-kantoor en onderweg naar het stadsdeel Wyck krijg je al uitleg. Op vrijdag 15.00 uur vanaf Wycker Grachtstraat 26, Maastricht. De deskundige gids vertelt over het vroegere ambachtelijke brouwproces en laat je zowel de brouwerij, mouterij als de deftige brouwerswoning zien. Na de rondleiding kun je in de ontvangstruimte twee speciaalbieren proeven met zoutjes en kaas. Een groep kan op alle dagen een reservering aanvragen via de website (minimum groep € 108,-).
