"Stayed here August 3-6, 2025 for a work conference. I am IHG Platinum Elite Ambassador Status and booked a 2 queen room for me and my co-worker. We got into the hotel at 9am after taking a 30 minute Uber from the airport. Checked in and was immediately provided a room 7 hours before check in time! Unfortunately the whole trip it was raining so we could not try the pool facility. Had a great time at the bar. The service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was okay but for $30 per person and an automatic service charge for a party of 2 it was not worth it in my eyes. We walked over the they Flying Biscuit the next day and had a much better breakfast. Our room was very modern and had everything that was needed. Huge bathroom with shower and big tub. Unfortunately our toilet kept overflowing so after three calls to maintenance we ended up asking to switch rooms. The staff immediately helped us out and without asking gave us a food credit and IHG points. I toured the club lounge which cost $99 or $75 if you’re an ambassador. After speaking with a reliable source I was advised it is not worth the cost. They only have alcohol during social hour 5pm-7pm. Overall the hotel is excellent and I would stay again if the need arises."
