"Bon mais sans plus. Des plats qui ne sont pas à la hauteur du lieu et du prix. Le goût est bon mais franchement basique. Foie gras décevant. Pas tellement de recherche dans les plats. Bien pour l’experience palace, vue etc mais purement gastronomiquement on peut passer a cote sans regret."

"The luxurious “Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni” can count on a diversified catering, capable of satisfying an audience with the most diverse tastes. In addition to the “La Goletta” restaurant, welcoming, classy and with an informal touch, we also have the “Mistral” restaurant, one Michelin star, with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains (the restaurant is bordered by large windows with lake view that can be opened during the summer months). Both restaurants are directed by chef Ettore Bocchia who, while in the first restaurant pays homage to regional cuisine, in the second one he rewrites Italian tradition with creativity, respecting seasonality. Great attention to raw materials, creative interpretation of traditional recipes and research cuisine are the ingredients at the basis of the success of the cuisine by chef Bocchia, which has become a point of reference for all lovers of gastronomic tourism. The menu of the Mistral restaurant offers Italian cuisine and molecular cuisine, giving guests an original experience that allows them to discover unusual but always exquisite and surprisingly balanced tastes and combinations."
