Probably you’ve heard/tried Xiao Long Baos, but what about Sheng Jiang Baos? They are soup dumplings as well but pan fried and with a different pork filling recipe. They are also bigger but in my opinion way tastier and have more layers of flavor. In any case, nothing beats @dumplingshack in London if you’re craving them anytime. They have 2 locations, one in South Quay and one in Old Spitafields Market and even though the dumplings are the star of the show, the distance in quality with the rest of the dishes isn’t very long. Listed here are my top favorite items, and believe me when I tell you that I’ve tried the full menu. I recommend: 1) Pork dumplings (Sheng Jiang Baos)🔥 2) Chicken wontons with chilli oil 3) Dan Dan noodles🔥 4) Green onion pancake 5) Hong Kong duck egg yolk french toast (seasonal)🔥
