"If you go to Singapore without trying Hill Street Tai Hwa…well, you are crazy…it’s something you need to try to live story of that city. Anyway, there are 2 stalls, famous one that brought Michelin star is the one on the right! Maybe things have changed during years…(Also queue I saw has been more and more reduced during the morning and this should mean something…). Thai Wha still remain a fucking perfect Dry Pork Noodle, (IT IS!…and yes it’s strongly the best in Singapore hands down!!!!)…but… don’t expect a kind of “dish of the god” that will change your life. Anyway…sauce is perfectly balanced between lard flavour and other staff are really high quality. Queue is famous to be like 1/1:30 hr but early in the morning at opening time it’s easy, they also started a “ticket booking system”. Left shop is delicious as well, less on sauce part but they provide chewier noodles that could also be preferred to the right shop ones (according to personal preferences)"

"Estrella michelĂn de 6 euros. Streetfood. El chef que lleva el puesto y al que le pides, que hace todo con muchĂsimo mimo, solo habla chino. Unos noodles de hĂgado de cerdo espectaculares, con muchĂsimo sabor. MuchĂsima cola. recomendable ir antes de las 11. "
