mapstr plus is the more advanced version of our app. It allows for a smarter and more powerful use of the app, enabling you to discover, share, and organize your favorite places without limits, thanks to exclusive features!

What happens if I have more than 300 addresses on my map?

If you already have more than 300 addresses on your map, don't worry! All your current addresses will remain visible and accessible. However, to keep adding new addresses, you’ll need to subscribe to mapstr plus. Without it, address adding will be blocked once you reach the 300 limit.

Is mapstr plus available on all devices?

Yes, your subscription is valid regardless of your device, but for now, it is only available on iOS and the web. The Android version should be coming soon. Stay tuned, we’ll keep you updated! 😊

How much does a mapstr plus subscription cost?

mapstr plus is available with a monthly or annual subscription, depending on what suits you best. For more details on pricing, in your local currency, check directly in the app!

How can I subscribe to mapstr plus?

It’s super simple! Just go to the mapstr app, in the "Settings" section > "Discover mapstr plus" or from your profile. Then follow the steps to activate your mapstr plus access.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store, with no additional fees. Your access to mapstr plus will remain active until the end of the current period.

What happens if I cancel my mapstr plus subscription?

No worries, if you cancel, all your addresses will remain available. However, you will lose access to the premium features at the end of your subscription period and will not be able to add new addresses if you already have more than 300. You’ll then revert to the standard version of mapstr.

Can I try mapstr plus before subscribing?

At the moment, it's not possible to try mapstr plus for free because some features, like advanced search engines, have a high operating cost. But don’t worry! If you don't want to commit to a year, you can always opt for the monthly subscription and discover everything mapstr plus has to offer. 😊

Do my friends also need mapstr plus to see my map?

No, they don’t! Even if your friends don’t subscribe to mapstr plus, they can still view and interact with your map. In fact, they can see your map even if they don’t have the mapstr app! Just go to your profile and click on “Share my map.”
