The anti-viral soup by Wild & The Moon

Garlic is a food-drug by excellence, it cleanses the body and acts as a pulmonary antiseptic. It is traditionally used for its anti-microbial properties and for the treatment of certain infections. So don't hesitate to cook it during this period of confinement! Prepared in cream soup, it is very soft and very pleasant to consume!


Ingredients:

1 1/2 head of garlic


1 small cauliflower


1 or 2 sprigs of fresh thyme


1 cm fresh ginger


1 cup of coconut milk (or 1 cup of cooked chickpeas)


1 teaspoon of turmeric


Toasted pine nuts or fresh herbs


Salt, pepper, olive oil


How to do it?

Peel the garlic, fry the cloves in some olive oil, add the cauliflower heads and fry 2 mm with the garlic (be careful not to burn the garlic)


Add the water, thyme and ginger.


Leave to cook until the cauliflower is tender.


Remove the thyme and blend all the ingredients.


Add the coconut milk (or chickpeas), turmeric, salt and pepper.


Decorate with a few toasted pine nuts or fresh herbs depending on what you have on hand!
