The Punchy 💥
Made with tequila, grapefruit, lime and lemongrass, Pump it up is a fresh and sparkling cocktail that will please all ladies!
Cocktail from La Felicita
Cocktail PUMP IT UP 🍹
Ingredients:
12 ice cubes
4 cl lemongrass syrup
6 cl lime juice
30 cl pink grapefruit juice
16 cl tequila
4 half grapefruit slices
Salt
How to do it? 😉
Put the salt in a bowl. Lightly wet the edges of 4 Collins glasses, hen dip them one by one, opening down, into the bowl of salt until the edges are covered.
Add ice cubes, then pour the lemongrass syrup, lime juice, grapefruit juice and tequila into the glasses.
Mix well with a spoon.
Decorate each glass with 1 slice of grapefruit.
3. The Romantic 💗
Made with gin, yellow lemon and orange blossom, the Ramos de La Casa is a sparkling and delicate cocktail, ideal for a romantic date!
Cocktail from the bar Bisou
Cocktail RAMOS DE LA CASA 🍸
Ingredients:
4 cl of gin
2 cl lemon juice
1.5 cl liquid cream
1 egg white
2 drops of orange blossom
1.5 cl syrup of your choice (here flower syrup)
How to do it? 😉
In a shaker, place all ingredients with ice cubes and shake well.
Strain and shake again without ice.
Pour into a tumbler glass and top up with sparkling water. Cheers!
The Exotic 🏝
Made with cognac and pineapple, the Misonanas cocktail will leave an exotic taste on your lips!
Cocktail from the Syndicat Cocktail Club
Cocktail MISONANAS 🥃
Ingredients:
4 cl of cognac
1 pineapple
15g of miso paste
50g of sugar
How to do it? 😉
Roasted pineapple water:
Cut the pineapple into large cubes and fry in a pan over medium-high heat - no oil or anything else.
Blend 15 to 20 seconds in a blender with 1/3 water.
Filter through a coffee filter or a tea towel.
Miso syrup:
Heat 100ml of water
Add 15g of miso paste and 50g of sugar
Mix well and let cool
The Recipe:
Pour the cognac, 4cl pineapple water and 1.5cl miso syrup into a glass filled with ice cubes and mix.
Put a small pineapple leaf for decoration!
The Mocktail 😍
Based on apple, lime and barley syrup, the Clear & Sunny is a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail with the colours of summer!
Cocktail from the Perchoir
Cocktail CLEAR & SUNNY ☀️
Ingredients:
1 cl barley syrup
1.5 cl lime juice
8 cl apple juice
Ginger beer top
Garnish: Something to please you!
How to do it? 😉
In a large glass filled with ice, pour all the ingredients.
Mix the whole delicately with a long spoon (or any other utensil at your disposal).
Add a nice decoration on top of the glass.
